The Lower North Division encompasses the provinces of Wellington, Wairarapa, and Whanganui, and is home to some of New Zealand's most storied inline hockey clubs. Among them are the Capital Penguins, who proudly claimed the Dion Bunt Cup in 2024 by winning the National Premier League, IHNZ’s premier competition. With a history of success and a strong competitive edge, the Lower North Division continues to play a pivotal role in the development and promotion of inline hockey across the country.
